Our Identity
Restore Dignity Initiative (ReDI): is a nationally registered Ethiopian humanitarian and development organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, accountable, and community-driven interventions. We collaborate with government institutions, local communities, donors, UN agencies, and development partners to address humanitarian needs, promote resilience, and support sustainable development. Guided by the principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, accountability, and inclusion, ReDI is committed to creating lasting, measurable impact for people affected by displacement, conflict, disasters, and poverty.
Vision: To build a just and resilient society where every individual — especially the displaced, vulnerable, and marginalized — lives with dignity, self-reliance, and hope.
Mission: To restore dignity and transform lives by delivering sustainable humanitarian support, empowering women and youth, protecting the environment, and promoting inclusive development for refugees and disaster-affected communities and vulnerable groups.
